About Me
I’m Melissa, and I love user experience because I love making peoples’ lives easier. Plus, it’s fun! I love the feeling I get when coming up with a solution that will make someone’s day better.
I’m a UX designer with a program management/business analyst background and 4 years experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including product and engineering at Bazaarvoice.
I have 9 years experience working in SaaS and B2B working directly with enterprise customers. My strength is translating research into strategy, prototypes, and visuals to make complex ideas simple.
My degree in business from the University of Texas informs my design strategy, giving me an edge in creating functional designs that contribute to the bottom line.
In my free time, I volunteer my design skills to empower people to solve problems in their communities and facilitate design events with non-profits like SocialGood.us. I’d love to use design to empower your organization and its users. Let’s talk.
